We begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand your symptoms and identify the root causes of what you’re experiencing. Treatment plans are individualized and may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals when needed. Medications are prescribed thoughtfully, using the lowest effective dose and a collaborative approach.

 

We also offer ADHD evaluations using the FDA-cleared Qb Test to distinguish true ADHD from symptoms caused by anxiety, trauma, sleep issues, or stress. Medication is only considered when both the clinical assessment and Qb Test support the diagnosis.

 

For eligible established patients, we provide medical cannabis evaluations and certification, with guidance on safe and intentional use for conditions such as anxiety, PTSD, sleep concerns, and chronic stress.
