Yes, if you’re a Virginia resident and interested in visiting any of our cannabis dispensaries you still need a medical card. Yes we do have dispensaries that you can enter without a medical card, but the product that they sell are genetically modified variants of cannabis also known as (DELTA), which affect the body differently than pure cannabis. 2) What medical diagnosis are usually supported by for medical cannabis use? Anxiety and depression are the most common diagnosis, amongst others. 3)What if I have not yet been diagnosed? We can screen you, diagnose you, and send you your certificate, all via a virtual visit. 4)What are the next steps after I complete the virtual visit and receive my signed certificate? You will need to register with the Virginia Department of Health Professions, pay their initial registration fee /annual renewal fee of $50, and wait 7-10 business days.
