7-Week Chakra Healing Journey Schedule: Week 1 (5/18/2025): Root Chakra – Grounding, safety, and stability Week 2: Sacral Chakra (5/25/25) – Creativity, pleasure, and emotional expression Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra (6/1/2025) – Confidence, personal power, and motivation Week 4: Heart Chakra (6/8/2025) – Love, compassion, and emotional healing Week 5: Throat Chakra (6/15/2025)– Communication, truth, and self-expression Week 6: Third Eye Chakra (6/22/2025) – Intuition, insight, and mental clarity Week 7: Crown Chakra (6/29/2025)– Spiritual connection, purpose, and higher consciousness Choose which Chakra you would like to work on, and schedule your class for that session, or feel free to schedule for all 7! This is a 7-week immersive experience designed to support emotional and energetic healing through the chakra system. Led by a psychiatric nurse practitioner who integrates holistic mental health care, this course blends the wisdom of energy work, food healing, sound, movement, and therapeutic words. Each week we will focus on a specific chakra—beginning with the Root and ascending to the Crown—addressing blockages that may impact your mood, motivation, and overall sense of peace. This course is a complement to—not a replacement for—your existing medical care. Participants are encouraged to continue working with their healthcare providers or therapists as needed.
